business systems & automation

less busywork. fewer dropped balls.

When quotes take an evening, inquiries sit unanswered, or the same details get typed into three places, the process is usually the problem. We find the fix and put it in place, often with software you already pay for.

start with the job that takes too long.

We look at how the work happens today and what would make it easier.

  • following up on inquiries

  • preparing quotes

  • getting new customers set up

  • pulling together reports

Examples of where a project might start.

work out what needs to change.

Some fixes are obvious. Others need a closer look first.

if the fix is clear

we scope it directly.

You get a proposal with what will change, what it involves, and the price. Then we get to work.

if it needs a closer look

we review one workflow first.

A paid review of one workflow, start to finish, gives you:

  • A clear map of how it works today
  • Where time and information get lost
  • What we’d recommend, and why
  • What it would take to put in place

The review stands on its own. You decide what happens next.

put the fix into everyday use.

We start with the simplest option that works.

  • better use of the software you have

  • connecting the tools you use

  • changing the steps

  • building something custom

We test it with real work, show your team how to use it, and write down how it runs. Ongoing care and improvements can be arranged.

common questions.

What is a business system?

The way a piece of work moves through your business: the steps, the people, and the tools. For example, how an inquiry becomes a quote, a booking, and a paid invoice.

What does a workflow review include?

One workflow, start to finish. We look at how it works today, where time and information get lost, and what we’d change. You get a written recommendation and an outline of what it would take to put in place.

Will we need new software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools you already use and suggest new software or a custom build only when it’s clearly worth it.

Do you use AI?

Where it helps. AI can handle repetitive steps like sorting inquiries or pulling details out of emails. We use it only where it’s reliable enough for the job.

How much does it cost?

A review of one workflow is $750, flat. Putting the changes in place is quoted separately, once you know what you want to do.

What if something breaks?

Everything we deliver is written down, so you and your team know how it works. Ongoing care can be arranged for the systems we deliver.
